Why join?

RDAA represents the interests of rural doctors on national issues.

Our vision is for excellent medical care for rural and remote communities. RDAA is the peak professional body representing the interests of rural and remote doctors and the communities they live and work in. We are committed to building and maintaining a workforce of highly skilled and motivated rural medical practitioners which requires adequate training and proper incentives, remuneration and support.

Where does your membership money go?

We are a federated organisation, and for each member that joins their state RDA, a portion of this fee goes to RDAA. These funds allow us to represent rural doctors at a national level, which is hugely important as primary care is federally funded.
